Glendalough 7YO Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The maritime climate on the east coast of Ireland provides perfect aging conditions for single malt Irish whiskey. After spending a long time getting to know some first fill bourbon casks, the lads at Glendalough carefully selected a small number of these casks that they felt best represented the full, rounded and smooth flavour of an Irish single malt. The then cut it with Wicklow spring water to 46% and used non chill filtration to maintain all the taste and character that is synonymous with their whiskey.

Tullamore D.E.W. Phoenix

Tullamore D.E.W. Phoenix is an expression of the great history of the town of Tullamore and a celebration of its people. In 1785, Tullamore witnessed a devastating hot-air balloon accident. The resulting blaze nearly destroyed the town but immeasurably strengthened her people. Since that day, the phoenix has been a central part of town’s coat of arms. Driven by their positive spirit, the town’s renaissance in the ensuing decades saw the establishment of the Tullamore distillery in 1829.
