Lagavulin - 16 Year

Several years ago single malt scotch was all you could find in my liquor cabinet, but one trend refocused my eyeballs and wallet. The emergence of small distilleries, producing high quality goods at reasonable prices. Not only is that a trend everyone should welcome, whether or not you're a drinker, but if one can enjoy small batch corn squeezins and keep your money local, that scenario is hard to beat. However, the peat is hard to beat, and Lagavulin is soaked in it. You can chew the peat in this juice, and nearly blow smoke from your nose. Outstanding!
