Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (750mL)

Uncle Nearest 1884 is the proud legacy of the best whiskey maker the world never knew, Tennessee distilling legend, Nearest Green. The signature of the descendant who curated each batch is embossed on the back.  A minimum seven-year-old whiskey, drawn from barrels that were handpicked by Fawn Weaver, co-founder of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Aged in new, charred oak barrels.

Uncle Nearest 1884 Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Golden amber

Nose: Fresh churned butter and honey, pure cane sugar and cotton candy, with hints of citrus and vanilla.

Palate: A little harsh and dry, with a mild burn,  hints of smoked wood and a crisp,  highly sweetened iced tea notes followed by notes of brown butter and canned peaches

Finish: an aggressive dosing of sweetness lingering for ages on the tongue
